HGA worked as part of the clients design team with Stride Treglown to refurbish The Sanctuary & Narthex at Victoria Methodist Church in Bristol

HGA provided designs for the mechanical and electrical services.

A heating scheme for the large areas was developed around a fast response fully zoned LPHW under floor heating system complete with trench heaters in the window bays to prevent nuisance down drafts from the large single glazed windows.

The electrical services design included a colour changing lighting system for night time events via a KNX automation system that also controlled the heating. Off site control of the heating is possible via an ABB app.
